How can I reserve?

Reservations can be made through our website, via e-mail or by calling our concierge team (+39 0473 236583). We would be delighted to organize an unforgettable dinner experience for you. Dinner reservations are welcome until 11 a.m. on the same day. Thank you.

For how many people can I reserve?

The Tasting Room at VILLA EDEN is a place of absolute peace, well-being and pleasure. Therefore we kindly ask for your understanding that we accept reservations for a maximum of four guests.

Do I need a credit card to reserve?

Yes, a credit card is mandatory to secure the table. Please note that we request a deposit charge of € 100 to your card.

What is the modification and cancellation policy?

You can cancel your reservation without any penalty up to 24 hours before your arrival. Changing the number of people on an existing reservation will not result in a penalty fee if given no later than one week before your arrival, but will depend on the restaurant availability and seating plan.

A fee of € 100 will be charged on your credit card in case of a cancellation or a modification to the number of guests communicated less than 24 hours before your visit, or for a no show.

What are the opening days of The Tasting Room?

The Tasting Room is open from Tuesday to Saturday from 7:00 PM. It remains closed on Sundays and Mondays.

We kindly ask you to respect the arrival times.

What menus do you offer?

We offer two tasting menus. We kindly request the same menu for the whole table.

How long does the experience last?

The experience usually lasts about 2 to 2 ½ hours, but it depends on your personal preferences.

Do you require a dress code?

In keeping with the exclusive atmosphere for our guests, we kindly request a smart elegant dress code. For gentlemen, we kindly ask for long trousers and closed shoes.

Are children welcome?

We welcome guests from the age of 14 years old.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

Due to the complexity of the menus and the level of difficulty involved, we cannot adapt the tasting menu for vegetarians or those allergic to fish or shellfish.

Our menus feature dishes that contain lactose (both directly and in trace amounts), so if you are lactose intolerant, please contact us before booking.

Can I buy a gift card for someone?

It would be our pleasure! Please contact our concierge or booking team via email or by calling.

Where is The Tasting Room by Marcello Corrado?

The Tasting Room is located at VILLA EDEN in Merano, via Winkel 70. It is easily to reach by car. Parking is reserved for you.

We can also organize a private transfer service with our VIP limousine if you prefer.
