The Tasting Room at VILLA EDEN is the expression of an exalted cuisine which translates into gourmet dishes, with a unique taste and made with ingredients of outstanding quality. All this was created to help you fully enjoy an experience that transcends taste, elevating into an overall perception of well-being.
Marcello Corrado, born in 1979, is Neapolitan by birth. At the same time, his southern origins merge with the numerous experiences he has had around the Italian peninsula from north to south.
Our tasting menu, updated every month based on the seasonality of the products, best represents the spirit of the Tasting Room, the promised land of a surprising level of culinary excellence. The Tasting Room is open from Monday to Friday from 7 pm.
